The role
Join TechForze as a CyberSecurity Intern and gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity, web security, vulnerability assessment, and security research while working on real-world projects in a remote environment.
What you'll do
- Perform web application security testing and vulnerability assessment
- Conduct reconnaissance and identify potential security vulnerabilities
- Assist with bug bounty research and responsible vulnerability reporting
- Use tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, and other security tools
- Document findings with clear technical details and reproduction steps
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and security techniques
- Collaborate with the team on cybersecurity projects and security improvements
What you'll need
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and web application security
- Familiarity with HTTP, APIs, networking, and common vulnerabilities
- Basic knowledge of Linux and command-line tools
- Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite or similar security tools
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and explore new cybersecurity technologies
- Students or beginners with a strong interest in cybersecurity are welcome
